담당업무

Business Strategy & Operations

> Lead e-Com / Direct Sales order management operations for Client Care Center

- Own operations for seamless and errorless end-to-end client experience through inventory control, delivery, return/refunds, and finance reconciliations

- Set up robust processes and coordinate with internal/external partners in both Global and Korea Ecommerce/Logistics/IT/Client Services/CRM to set up e-Commerce operations. Ensure operational excellence in shopping journey, order fulfillment and delivery to provide optimal client experience.

- Lead Business process innovation for e-Commerce and Direct Sales (efficiency, cost-savings, automations, process changes) for both new/existing in collaboration with e-Commerce Manager

- Lead compliance for CCC E-com/DS processes in charge including SOP/ Policy/ Legal/ Risk & Control

- Analyze operation results and create reports to evaluate the performance of key metrics set forth incl. conversion and return rate, sales, service levels etc. with objective to improve online shopping experiences and conversion rate

 

> CCC Product Management

> Support CCC Manager & e-Com Manager to plan and execute CCC products based on global roadmap

- Propose and push for CCC product enhancements to enhance client experience and work efficiency

- Digital Products training

- Site issue management (product-related)

- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders (Global and local Omnichannel, IT, Logistics) to ensure efficient product management and rollouts

 

>  Omnichannel Projects and Enhancements

- Develop/enhance e-Commerce/CCC systems with global/ regional/ local project team

- Plan 2025 Roadmap for CCC infrastructure upgrades

- Deliver local business requirements for omni-channel projects to be shared with global/regional teams to support the identification and implementation of IT systems and tools

- Conduct UATs for system launches and releases  


자격요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : 경력7년↑

- 7+ years of experience in E-commerce operations and order activities on the brand channels or relevant fiends such as CS/Logistics/Operations Luxury brand or high-end fashion brand experience

- Client Care experience a big plus

- Familiarity with Salesforce solutions  

- Working experience in global organization

- BA/BS degree or equivalent required

- Fluent in spoken / written English and Korean

- Proficient OA skills (Excel and Powerpoint)

- Agile and flexible for release, launch, critical issue timings for e-Commerce operations

- Good team player, highly organized, and detail oriented
