담당업무

O Digital Product Management

- Responsible for the end-to-end online client experience on e-com platforms enhancements by delivering business process design for localization for Commerce Cloud and relevant functionalities in other systems

- Manage e-com product projects by coordinating projects streams, driving milestones, progress tracking, implementation, ensuring risk assessment and deployment, and change management

- Ensure smooth operation and stable functionalities on .COM and e-com relates systems

- Support implementation by partnering closely with global/ regional/ local project teams

 

O UX/UI Excellence

- Responsible for ensuring a high-quality user experience on .COM by developing UX strategy and delivering requirements for KR localization

- Lead the UX/UI optimization projects

- Partners closely with global UX/UI and digital analytics to improve the online client experience by designing and continuously testing Conversion Rate Optimization ideas

 

O Online Platform Content Planning & Authoring

- Lead .COM content calendar for key initiatives and actions in align with Global Content/ Marketing team

- Responsible for authoring .COM Marketing Campaigns and product launches in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) web content management system and having full ownership of the final delivery, including QA

- Partners closely with global Digital Content, Digital Merchandising and Project Management to align local e-commerce content needs by validating translated texts and layouts on .COM and creating local-specific content with global counterp    arts 

- Manage product information system and site search system to display the right merchandising and product information on .COM     


자격요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : 경력8년↑

- BA/BS degree or equivalent required

- 8+ years’ experience in digital product project planning, managing, and expertise in the design and optimization of user experience (UX/UI)

- project management experience and skills, strong prioritization capabilities

- Strong Knowledge of technical architecture and e-com platforms and implementing new features in related systems. (Salesforce, OMS, PIM, etc)

- Agile and flexible for release, launch, critical issue timings for e-Commerce operations

- Experience in Cloud product operation including content authoring in Web Content Management Systems (WCMS), preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud

- Fluent in spoken / written English

- Excellent MS Office skills, especially excel

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Working experience in global organization

- Luxury industry experience preferred

- Experience in using AEM / CMS
