담당업무

- Work closely with business leaders to identify organizational training needs in line with the company strategies

- Manage end to end learning & development initiatives including ones from LVMH group

- Design and deliver development programs to accelerate learnings including onboarding, performance management, change management and communication

- Manage performance management process to managers

- Conduct mandatory training programs for employees and track for record in required format

- Manage talent programs for prospects including internship, partnership programs, mentoring programs and campus talk to nurture future talents

- Ensure all initiatives are focused on improving organizational capabilities and work on succession planning with management team

- Closely work with HR team to develop creative sourcing strategies to build the market prospects

- Lead and drive employee relevant events including CSR programs

- Work with HR and management team to identify high potentials and secure nominations for talent programs

- Responsible for collating feedback and KPIs to measure success in programs

- Lead Diversity & Inclusion programs for Korea market 


자격요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : 경력10년↑

- Over 10 years of broad HR experience with a strong focus in learning and talent management

- Experience in training design, content development, vendor management and program delivery

- Experience in facilitating training, organizing and presentation skills

- Good commend of written and spoken English and Korean

- Luxury industry experience is preferred
