- Review and streamline
operational processes and provide guidelines to boutiques - Conduct regular boutique
visits to ensure the retail operations are following Company guidelines and
enhance operation process in boutique - Build strong collaborations
with Boutique Managers, BOH teams and business stakeholders to maintain
operational excellence including operational budget and expense control - Conduct various projects that
are related to retail operations including Boutique opening, closure,
renovation, popup, OSV etc. and ensure the planned timeline are met - Manage BOH design and give
qualitative feedback to vendor to maximize operation efficiency and stock
capacity by reflecting boutique manager’s comments - Manage process to ensure all
office supplies and equipment are well prepared - Manage overall process for
searching locations, managing contract, construction, and maintenance for
external storage / outside storage - Set operation team’s R&R
by considering operation HC and business size while communicating with boutique
managers to stabilize boutique operation - Monitor & review boutique
operation teams’ performance with boutique managers and provide guidance to
team to optimize efficiency - Plan and implement various
training program that are related to retail operations team
- Keep strong relationship with external vendors
and monitor the service quality of vendors for improvement plans
자격요건
ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력10년↑
- Minimum
10 years of relevant working experience with at least 3-4 years at supervisory
level in luxury retail industry - Bachelor’s
degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- Fluent in English and Korean
