담당업무
- ㆍCo-ordinate with retail shops and other departments to ensure that all policies and procedures are respected
- ㆍSupport and guide retail shops to achieve KPI target for both Direct and DF channel.
- ㆍCommunicate with HQ team to ensure all guide lines and polices
- ㆍCommunicate with Department Stores and DF operators regarding all business issue to be shared
- ㆍPrepare sales, management reports and memo as required
- ㆍConduct regular store visit and report on findings, conduct market survey when required
- ㆍDeal with general counter and telephone enquiries
- ㆍReview roster, shift plan, and administer leave application as prepared by the Shop Manager to ensure adequate manpower at store level
- ㆍArrange distribution and delivery of shop supplies such as stationery, catalogues, etc.
- ㆍForecast retail cost budget and follow up PO creation
- ㆍFollow up incentive process for store staffs
- ㆍSupport retail shops and CA for good performance
- ㆍConduct retail activities process
- ㆍFollow up contract process between legal department and landlords.
- ㆍAny other duties as assigned from time to time

자격요건/우대사항
- University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent - 1-2 years in relevant experience (retail sales experience in Global brand is preferred) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English - Strong interpersonal skills to deal with numerous stakeholders - Can-do attitude and flexibility to fit in a fast paced environment and dynamic situation - A team player, self-driven, hands-on, problem solver with good analytical skills - Integrity, credibility, trustworthy and people oriented positive person - Technical savvy in MS Office programs
