[The purpose of Position]
The position will be assigned Sales support tasks in Accounting, mainly related to OtC(Order to Cash) process and MER (Employee expense & Copr. Card) management, the candidate must be flexible in task assignment changes within Finance:
OtC & Revenue recognition processes :
- Service business - maintenance advance billing closing
- Export business - Billing/AR closing and the data maintenance
- Responsible for Revenue reduction accounts in the closing
- Advanced receipt / AP-AR offset & adjust for the closing
- Responsible for Customer refund documents review and approval
- Unapplied cash management and account reconciliation
- Closing coordination & reconciliation for AR misc. accounts
Output VAT support
- Sales VAT filing support and reconciliation with the statutory data
MER / Corp. card management
- New card issuance/change update/cancelation coordination with Card vendor
- Corp. card statement upload to MER system (daily)
- Entertainment claim limit management in MER
- Employee training on T&E expenses/ MER system and main contact for the related inquries
[Qualification]
- Bachelor`s degree or above
- 2~5 years of experience in accounting and other finance functions
- Basic knowedge on accounting principles
- Understanding of internal controls framework, SOX, and Audit.
- Good understanding on finance or management information systems (e.g., ERP)
- Good in verbal/written English
- Advanced skill in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Strong responsibility
