- - Lead the team to provides on-site customer support related to Company product or service installation, training, customer education, and/or troubleshooting according to established policies and procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- - Effectively communicate and collaborate with other related departments, management, team leaders, and peers to coordinate work/projects and resolve issues as needed.
- - Supervises and support the team in assigned work, monitors activities and actively promotes staff/team training and development. Administers employment actions, provides coaching and guidance.
- - Trains customers in the use of Company products, equipment and services. Provides training in a variety of formats, as well as documentation and other materials. Ensures customer satisfaction in the use and capability of Company products and services.
- - Document all customer visits and interactions in a timely manner. Prepares reports and other information summarizing work activities.
- - Provide on-site complex technical support related to Company product or service in compliance with established protocols, policies, and applicable regulatory guidelines. Consult and collaborate with Technical Support team to resolve and meet customers’ needs.
[ 자격 요건 ] - 학사 이상 - 5~10년의 유관 경력 - Team Management 경험 - 비즈니스 영어 회화 가능 - 출장 가능 - 컴퓨터 활용 가능
