■ Job title : Product Support Engineer


■ Responsibilities

- Manages customer requests, product escalations, and service emergencies

- Provide product support to new installations, and all active installed base

 

■ Qualifications

- BS degree or Higher

- 3-10 years of product support/service experience in the semiconductor test industry

- Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking ability

- Ability to schedule and manage small projects is desired. 

- Experience in complex Electro-Mechanical assembly with mechanical and electrical knowledge would be strong advantage

- English language skills (speaking and writing)
