POSITION : Finance Intern

Job Summary

This role is mainly to provide support for Finance team daily duties in both accounting and FP&A function. He/She will deliver the daily finance report and provide the finance support for the accounting team.

Job Description

·       Update credit limit assessment table in accordance with collateral policy in wholesale business

·       Support the intercompany payment documents and reconciliation

·       Check vendor’s contract conditions and ALM for bidding process

·       Prepare finance expense to be submitted on time and update FX table

·       Manage issuing and giving a limit of corporate credit card complied with regulations

·       Assist sundry matters on accounting requested by finance team, etc

Qualifications

·      Bachelor degree or above (Accounting and Finance or Business School background are preferred)

 Job Requirements

·       Proficient on office suite, especially excel, has data-sensitive skill with clear logic

·       Good communication skill, English proficiency preferred

·       High energy and detail oriented, Strong ownership and responsibility with time-bound
