Responsibilities: 1. Platform Strategy and Planning: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine the organization`s digital platform strategy. - Identify opportunities for the adoption of new digital platforms and technologies to enhance user experience and drive business growth. - Develop a roadmap for the evolution and enhancement of existing digital platforms.
2. Platform Development and Implementation: - Work with product team and development teams to design and implement digital platforms, ensuring they align with the organization`s requirements and user needs. - Coordinate the interface development among the systems related to commerce platform. - Manage the development process, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and resources. - Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for new platforms and features.
3. Vendor Management: - Collaborate with third-party vendors and technology partners to select, onboard, and manage external platforms and tools. - Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories - Negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and pricing terms with vendors.
4. Analytics and Performance Monitoring: - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital platforms. - Monitor platform performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports to assess user engagement and identify areas for improvement.
5. Security and Compliance: - Ensure that digital platforms adhere to security and data privacy regulations. - Implement and oversee security measures, authentication protocols, and data encryption.
6. Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital platform management. - Recommend and implement enhancements and optimizations based on industry developments and user feedback.
Requirements: - Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master`s degree is a plus. - 5+ years of experience working in eCommerce. - Proven experience in digital platform management, including platform development(eCommerce), implementation, and maintenance. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. - Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and quality. - Analytical thinking to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. - Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize processes. - Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other major Commerce Platform. - Experience delivering through Traditional & Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, and waterfall). - Experience using JIRA and Confluence. - Basic knowledge of HTML. - Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Knowledge of security protocols, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards. - Familiarity with web analytics tools, content management systems (CMS), order management system(OMS) and digital marketing technologies. - Flexible working hour due to working with global team. - Fluency in both Korean and English. |
