- Investigate and propose HR solutions to the issues related to the labor law - Manages all recruitment activities and on-boarding and off-boarding process (Leasing) - Manages and develops the internal trainings and development - Maintain and update the HR procedures - Assists in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization and proposes HR management activities which support the organization’s culture. - Compnay internal system management and develop the internal systems and HR policy management - Manages objectives and performance evaluation processes - Support and coordinate HR related topics with MBCo. - Leasing employees management (Attendance, labor issue, complaints management, etc) - Manage health and safety issue. 지원자격
- Over 7+ years of HR experience - Fluent in English - Solid understanding of labor law - Labor union experience - Good communication skills - Understanding of basic tax regulation - Open personality - Strong communication skills - Problem solving and integration abilities, in combination with assertiveness and ability to work under stress and multi-task. 근무지 - 경기도 수원
