 Responsibilities

Instrument Inside Sales Account Manager (Inside instrument sales specialist) will work as a fundamental role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and business growth objectives. This position will share all instrument business growth goals with following roles.

  • Instrument Lead qualification and follow up
    • Review/communicate to customer
    • New account/contact creation
    • Generate opportunity and transfer opportunity to field account managers
    • Working closely with Business development Specialist & lead routers
    • Close opportunities for revenue creation
  • Potential customer opportunity development and management
    • Not created opportunity by Field Sales Group
    • Potential opportunity creation and management
  • Distributors and Dealers opportunity & order management
    • Instrument distributors opportunity creation and management in COMPASS
  • Distributors (Instrument) management
    • Contract revise and maintenance
    • COMPASS Contents publisher for distributors
  • Commercial Operations works
    • Customer data management - accounts, contacts, opportunity etc 

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Previous experience a related sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
  • Good English skill preferred
