담당업무

Responding to customers’ requests, manage complaints, and provide general information to customers via phone, email or chat.

  • - Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features and functionalities in the reservation platform.
  • - Follow-up with customers and assist them with their concerns.
  • - Become and remain knowledgeable about reservation platform and products.
  • - Use market-specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.
  • - Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
  • - Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the platform.
  • - Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team.


자격요건

Native language skills (excellence verbal and written communication skills).

  • - Ability to speak and write English fluently.
  • - Possess professional customer service skills; solutions mindset, multi-tasking, passion for customers and ability to deliver exemplary customer experience.
  • - Ability to interact professionally with individuals from various backgrounds.
  • - Strong interpersonal skills, team player and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • - Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills.
