- Responding to customers’ requests, manage complaints, and provide general information to customers via phone, email or chat.
- - Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features and functionalities in the reservation platform.
- - Follow-up with customers and assist them with their concerns.
- - Become and remain knowledgeable about reservation platform and products.
- - Use market-specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.
- - Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
- - Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the platform.
- - Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team.
자격요건
- Native language skills (excellence verbal and written communication skills).
- - Ability to speak and write English fluently.
- - Possess professional customer service skills; solutions mindset, multi-tasking, passion for customers and ability to deliver exemplary customer experience.
