자사 제품의 PIVO의 Brand Communications manager는 Blog, Social media, E-mail 등 세가지 주요 영역에서 자사 제품의 Identity를 형상하고 유지하는 역할을 합니다.

Brand Marketer(PR)

Pivo Blog:

  • Ideate, draft, and schedule relevant and engaging blog topics aligned with Pivo

  • Research industry trends and keywords for effective content and SEO planning.

  • Coordinate with freelance writers, assigning topics and providing guidelines for articles.

  • Review and edit article submissions for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Create image assets for blog articles and Instagram, utilizing provided templates.

  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar, aligning content with marketing campaigns and product launches.

  • Monitor and analyze blog analytics, actively working to increase views and readership.

Pivo Social Media:

  • Conduct social reporting and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities.

  • Repurpose content from the Pivo blog for use as organic social media content.

  • Distribute weekly blogs (2x) via Twitter and Instagram stories.

  • Collaborate with other teams to share company/brand news via LinkedIn.

  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.

Email:

  • Plan, create, and execute email campaigns aligned with key commercial holidays and marketing objectives.

  • Provide guidance to designers for email templates, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Distribute weekly blogs (2x) to email subscribers.

  • Monitor and maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Design and implement automated email marketing workflows for various customer journeys (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.).

  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, drawing insights from other successful campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in brand communications: content creation, email or social media management

  • Native-level English 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies

  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for brand consistency

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with Klaviyo for email campaign management.

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of design tools such as Canva/Figma.

  • Proficiency in WordPress, including the use of Yoast SEO.

  • Familiarity with Ahrefs for SEO analytics.
