[About the role]
We are looking for a passionate and sales-minded sales account manager who has good sales experiencein SaaS sales ordesign experiencein a product design team.
The main role of this position is to manage direct accounts, resellers, and sales in Korea. Depending on your expectations and company recommendations, this position may also need to take the APAC region, excluding Japan and China.
[Responsibilities]
- Existing account management: license renewal, relationship building, upselling
- Reseller management: Software reseller management in APAC, mainly Korea.

[Qualifications]
If you meet any of the following criteria, you are the person we are looking for.
Profile 1: Sales Talent
- 3+ years of work experience as a B2B SaaS Sales, Account Manager, or similar positions
- Demonstrated outstanding performance in acquiring and selling to new clients
- Experience in managing resellers or leading sales teams with excellent negotiation skills
- Good communication skills with marketing or customer support teams
- Willing to understand the pain points of design teams in different fields such as automotive, IT, games, biomedical, etc.
Profile 2: Design Knowledge Talent
- Experience in UI/UX design work, with an understanding of the role and value of prototypes in the design process
- We do not require strong visual design skills, but we expect strong logical thinking and a willingness to learn low-code knowledge.
- Sales experience is not necessary, but a sales-oriented mindset is required since your ultimate goal is still sales.
- Having experience in teaching or presenting to designers is a plus
- Having experience using ProtoPie and the confidence to provide training to beginners or middle-level ProtoPie users is a plus
Common requirements for Profile 1 and Profile 2
- Professional-level Korean and English proficiency
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to operate individually and cross-functionally with minimal handholding
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Those who are free to travel abroad (No restrictions on travel, such as reasons for disqualification)
- The position is open in South Korea, preferably as a Seoul resident.

- 고용 형태: 정규직 사원 (3개월 수습, 수습기간 중 급여 100% 지급)
