Responsibilities

* Technical: Providing technical and project management expertise to a variety of projects with an emphasis on Environmental legislation issues, compliance, due diligence and management systems

* Project Management: Ensuring that projects are planned and effectively executed, so that they meet ERM’s and our client’s expectations

* Client Management: Maintaining and developing client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives

* People Management: Motivating and guiding teammates as well as inspiring positive communication

* Expert in technical trouble shooting

* Good top management and client interface capability and open to travel and limited secondment opportunities

Position Requirements:

* BA Degree or Master (Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, hydrogeology or relevant field)

* A recognized degree in a scientific discipline.

* A minimum of 7 years professional experience in project management or consultancy

* Preferred experience in Team leading (small group or large group), Environmental auditing including due diligence, compliance and Management System auditing

* Proven project management experience, preferably including multi-discipline and multi-site projects.

* Fluent Korean and English

* 4년제 대졸 이상 / 경력 7년 이상

* PM 경력 in 화학, 건설, 토목, 화공 등 industry  또는 EHS background, audit, DD, compliance, 인허가 등에 경력

* 영어 business level 수준 

* 현장 업무에 거부감 없는 사람
