담당업무

 

·           Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the hiring process, ensuring recruitment of individuals with skills and expertise specific to footwear manufacturing.

·           Training & Development: Develop training programs that improve employee skills and performance, with a focus on the specialized needs of footwear production and manufacturing.

·           Compensation & Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages, catering to the unique employment landscape of the manufacturing sector.

·           Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes collaboration, engagement, and the well-being of employees in a manufacturing environment.

·           Legal Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations pertinent to the manufacturing industry, minimizing legal risks associated with employment practices.

·           Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop HR strategies supporting the company’s growth and expansion in the footwear manufacturing market.

·           Health & Safety: Develop and enforce policies and programs that guarantee a safe workplace, considering the specific safety concerns associated with manufacturing

 


자격요건

·             Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;    

Master’s degree preferred.

 

Professional Experience (satisfy at least one of the listed qualifications)

 Minimum of 10 years’ experience in human resource management, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably footwear.

 

Skills

·           Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Native or very fluent), demonstrated fluency in both informal conversations and formal business interactions.

·           Knowledge of the footwear manufacturing industry’s specific challenges, opportunities, and employment landscape.

·           Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to manufacturing.

·           Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

·           Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful HR strategies in a manufacturing setting.

·           Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.

·           Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of driving projects from inception to completion.
