The company is a well-established business advisory firm, which delivers customized turn-key solutions to international companies that are entering the Korean market, hiring key personnel (headhunting) to lead the business in Korea, and negotiating critically in M&A or joint-venture agreements with Korean counterparts.


The position is to support Human Resource research for international clients, from set-up companies to mid to large sized corporates.

HR Researcher

- Research candidates for European clients or foreign entities in Korea

- Research market information on businesses in Korea 

- Manage email, phone and other messages and interact with other departments with the appropriate manager or responsible party in a timely manner, acting with the appropriate sense of urgency 

- Assist with the preparation of presentations 

- Handle special projects and assignments as directed 

- Work in collaboration with the other team members and support them where required

- Newly graduates to less than 5 years of work experienced

- Ability to effectively interface with every level of employee, customers and external constituents. 

- Experience collecting data and preparing information for use in meetings with senior level leaders. 

- Strong verbal, written and oral communication in English with Native Korean. German would be a plus but not must.
