포지션 및 자격요건

담당업무

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the site in close cooperation with the Regional HR  

Director and aligned with the overall business and Corporate HR strategy. 

As Member of the plant management team; dotted reporting line to Plant Manager (matrix organisation).

Be point of contact for all (Human Resources) HR related topics such as HR administration, recruitment (all levels/production and non-production positions), performance and salary reviews and talent development etc. 

Implement strategic talent acquisition plans, responsible for the whole cycle of needs identification, sourcing, interviewing, selection, hiring and on boarding. 

Manage the full cycle for payroll (local system) including upload to bank in close collaboration with Finance; filing and paying withholding taxes on salary & wage income and retirement income; administer all social securities and year-end tax settlement. 

Maintain pay plan and benefits program. 

Take an active role in coaching and understanding the business and the employee issues
Representing the HR department during customer and other audits and legal cases.

ㆍEnsure compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on personnel management

자격요건

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training; experience in Automotive or manufacturing a must 

Mininmum 3 to 5 years progressive Human Resources Business experience required

Knowledgeable of local, state, and federal employment law and regulations

Highly organized with a record of prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Payroll handling experience a must

Must be able to attract new labor effective on short-term notice, be able to stand a strong position in the market situation

Work with direct labor recruiters/suppliers

Proficient user knowhow in SAP SuccessFactors

Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
