- Assists field engineers with
Tier 2 level support of client devices/applications.
- Deploys patches, software
updates, and anti-virus updates to client devices.
- Provides Tier 2 level support of non-PC devices (PDAs,
Tablets, etc.).
- Remote support for all
Operating Systems errors (Windows XP, Windows 7, Apple OS).
- Remote Support for all VPN
access issues.
- Support for Safeboot and laptop
encryption.
- Support for incident resolution
on Citrix Client connectivity and remote desktop issues.
- Dual Language (Local and
English)
