ㆍElaboration of project documents (cost, schedule, etc.)

ㆍProcessing of internal and external approval processes

ㆍInitiation, control and monitoring of procurement processes

ㆍOrganization, control and monitoring of project implementation

ㆍProject controlling and reporting (costs, deadlines, etc.)

ㆍOrganization and implementation of project acceptance and handover
