Duties and
Responsibilities:
● Analyze cost
factors of products and prepare internal/external cost estimation accordingly.
● Submit price
quotes to customers and negotiate in regards to pricing terms. Monitor proper
application of agreed pricing.
● Collaborate with
headquarter and/or other peer teams (engineers and/or development) to develop appropriate
pricing structures and negotiate investment cost.
● Keep a track of internal/external
cost standards and update whenever changes are needed.
● Identify ways for
cost reduction.
● Control/negotiate
pricing from suppliers/vendors, including outsourcing and/or material
transactions.
● Respond to
customers’ requests on cost matters and/or other
administrative areas.
● Coordinate and
support other teams or projects for cost matters.
● Support customers
on duty control process (USMCA)
● Support Admin Department
for ad hoc duties
Experience :
5+ years of experience
in cost estimation or sales preferred
Experience in manufacturing
sector preferred (preferably, in fluid automotive parts business)
