ㆍJob Title : SC Planner
ㆍDepartment : Demand Planning - Business Systems & Analysis

● REVIEW & MAINTAIN FORECASTS FOR NEW/EXISTING PRODUCTS (MICRO FORECASTING):
ㆍ Compare recent sales to current forecasts, considering promotions, macro trends and interaction between product lines
ㆍ Update forecasts as necessary to assure they remain current and accurate
ㆍ Track daily demand for new items. Identify and communicate changes in predicted demand patterns to impacted departments and regions
ㆍ Validate all data in micro database

● BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST (PROMOTION SYSTEM SUPPORT):
ㆍ Support the development, implementation, modification, and ongoing management of business systems, processes, databases, software and tools
ㆍ Managing and maintaining business information systems, databases, software and tools in order to ensure the availability of current, accurate, and complete data required to support business planning and informed decision-making
ㆍ Providing system support to include system design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, training, issue-resolution, and report-writing/development
ㆍ Working within a business unit, acting as a liaison between the Demand Planning business unit, IT division, and Affiliate Marketing
ㆍ Collaborating cross-functionally with Affiliate Marketing and IT specialists, as well as other key stakeholders, as needed, to ensure promotion data integrity and that systems support business function needs
ㆍ Analyzing business systems, processes, databases, software and tools to identify inefficiencies and assess opportunities to improve performance of business systems
ㆍ Performing testing, training and ongoing support to users, particularly during system changes and upgrades
ㆍ Managing user access and security parameters
