We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the company`s accounting, including bank account management, sending money, bookkeeping, and reporting.

 The Employee’s main duties and responsibilities include:
? Manage all aspects of the company`s accounting, including
? General ledger accounting
? Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
? Fixed asset management
? Bank account management
? Financial reporting
? Sales invoicing
? Deposits and payments via online, check, company credit card
? Employee expense reimbursement request review
? Vendor payment review and management
? Month end close
? Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management
? Support half-year, year-end financial audits
? Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
? Provide financial analysis and support to senior management

Qualifications:
Mandatory Qualifications:
? 3+ years of experience in accounting
? Bachelor`s degree in Accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
? Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
? Proficient in accounting software, such as SAP
? Excellent in Excel
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Detail-oriented and highly organized

9AM-6PM or 8AM-5PM Mon-Fri
