What will Global Manager do?
- Identify prospect`s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities - Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market - Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives - Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs - Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets - Manage complex relationships with clients - Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps

What you’ll bring to (Requirements)
- Native/bilingual English and Korean fluency - Bachelor’s degree or above (business or related field preferred) - 3 years of B2B SaaS sales/marketing experience in the U.S. - Experience in CRM tools, ability to self-start projects, create and/or select relevant content, articles, events, newsletters and more to help provide value to sales contacts - Strong communication skills via phone and email - Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills - Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working at a startup (fast-paced environment)
- Experience in working in the HR Tech industry - Experience using Hubspot, other marketing, and AdTech tools a plus - Experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes
