• * Technical Sales: Understand customer needs and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value of our automotive diagnostics solutions

  * Customer Training: Develop and conduct trainings and workshops to educate and coach customers on the proper use of our diagnostic tools and software, ensuring that they can maximize the benefits of our products

  * Customer Support: Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, addressing their queries, issues, and project needs promptly to maintain customer satisfaction

• * Product Feedback: Act as a liaison between customers and our development team, collecting valuable feedback to aid in product enhancement and improvement

Your Profile

*   Bachelor`s degree or above in a relevant technical field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Automotive Engineering)

*   3+ years of experience in software development with e.g. C/C++, C#

*   Experience in ECU development and vehicle network testing with Vector tools is a plus

*   Good knowledge of automotive diagnostics, including tools, protocols, and standards

*   Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently

*  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and support

*   Strong team player with outstanding customer orientation, socially competent, polite and proactive manner

*   Excellent communication skills in Korean and English, both written and spoken
