IQS (품질솔루션 사업부) Back-office Support Specialist
Key R&R
Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers, ensuring timely response and resolution of their service requests.
Manage and maintain the service team's administrative processes, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Handle customer inquiries and provide them with accurate and helpful information regarding service inquiries, updates, and procedures.
Assist service technicians with logistical support, such as travel arrangements, accommodation, and equipment preparations for on-site visits.
Monitor and update service reports and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of service records.
Collaborate with the finance department to process service-related invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
Support the service team in preparing reports and presentations for management, providing insights into service performance and key metrics.
Coordinate with the sales and inventory departments to manage spare parts and equipment inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest initiatives to enhance the efficiency of back-office operations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer and company information with utmost discretion.
Requirement
Education or certification in business administration or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a customer service or technical service environment.
Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams professionally.
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in the medical or imaging technology industry.
In-depth knowledge of ZEISS IQS equipment, software, and imaging solutions.
Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility for travel to customer sites as required.

Key R&R
Experience with measurement equipment or X-ray, CT
Develop new applications and new business opportunities for ZEISS product and technology
Active technical supports to develop customer’s new application and to solve customer’s troubles
Training ZEISS product and technology for customers to understand ZEISS product
Specify ZEISS product at key OEM’s and Tiers on engineering drawing & provide support required to transition business to manufacturing location
Ability to build strong collaborative relationship with customers
Ability to manage complex situations & prioritize sales opportunity
Requirement
Bachelor's degree of Mechanical/Automotive/3D measurement/Nuclear/Radiation Engineering majors.
Experience with measurement equipment X-ray, CT preferred
Preferred users of CMM, non-contact measuring machine, scanner, X-ray, CT, etc.
Drawing decryption and GD&T experts
Ability to build strong collaborative relationship with customers
Ability to manage complex situations & prioritize sales opportunity
Possesses and applies basic analytical problem solving skills
Applies metrology of process improvement when applicable
Acquires basic knowledge of division’s product, customers, and customer needs.
Drawing Interpretation and Geometric Tolerance Specialist preferred
Computer literacy level 2, Driver's license level 2, Reverse Engineering level 2
Entry level or less than 3 years experiences
[Qualification license] ⇒ Mandatory
Radiation handling supervisor license
Other qualification licenses: SRI license, RI license
