담당업무
1. Provide the pre-sales and
post-sales support for Clinical Hematology Products to achieve the sales and
profit goals in KOREA market. 2. Conduct customer training,
instrument performance evaluation and troubleshooting to KOREA customers. 3. Monitor product update and
execute product correction actions in KOREA market. 4. Assist KOREA sales team in
product demonstration and promotion and sales tools development. 5. Collect and analyze
competition information and market dynamics and carry out regular update to
KOREA sales team. 6. Support and co-ordinate
seminar, workshop, exhibition etc. marketing activities and events in KOREA 7. Develop product training
program and conduct product trainings to KOREA sales, engineer, and other
internal staffs. 8. Implement and assist any
related added responsibilities assigned by direct supervisor. 9. Participate and support
Company’s and Department’s quality system
자격요건
ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력5년↑
Education ? Degree or
equivalent in Medical Laboratory (applied) Science or related field. Experience ? Previous
experience in a clinical laboratory or related commercial field in the same
capacity in an international organization Required Skill ? Ability to
monitor, analyze and evaluate product performance, oversee technical planning,
customer training and implementing for Clinical Hematology Products. Ensure
product knowledge and skills continually updates to carry out apps and technical
support work. Possess strong language proficiency in English, Mandarin and
Cantonese and good PC skills. Preferred Skills ? Demonstrate
top tier communication skills; strong interpersonal and customer handling
skills and provide guidance or coaching within the team, customers and across
functional groups.
