An international medical technology organisation is looking for a Sales & Marketing Director. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading the regional team to achieve targets and drive profitability. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with distributors, agents, and strategic partners
• Participate in major medical shows to develop relationships with new and current clients
• Evaluate the needs for staff development and schedule the required training
• Oversee the customer database update processes
• Ensure accurate forecasting and data for budget planning
• Establish and monitor both quantitative and qualitative goals for every employee
• Keep team members and distributors motivated
• Organise future staffing needs and oversee the hiring procedure

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of professional experience
• Experience in big 5 hospital management
• Capital medical device sales experience of 300k+
• Prior surgical navigation experience is advantageous
• Experience in medical devices is a plus
• Business level English
