?       Set-up sales & visitation plan

Ø  Set-up D-STAR venue visitation plans in line with customer segmentation by weekly & monthly

Ø  Set-up venue development plannings and increase coverages by bi-weekly & monthly

Executing / Monitoring

?       Drive to achieve personal target

Ø  Achieve personal target (KPIs) as allocated by a manager

Ø  Develop venues for venue trade promotions

?       Strengthen customer relationship by face to face meeting

Ø  Visit MOT venue as weekly plans in line with sales activity based on venue application guidelines / Entertain key men at need

Ø  Brief & up-date new products & Spirits brand , new features and current markets trend to customers in case of necessity

?       Gathering up-to-date market information from venue directly

Ø  Check competitor’s sales & promotion scheme by bi-weekly

Ø  Monitor & report GMA in terms of distribution channel, price and proportion by monthly

?       Communication

Ø  Discuss & AD FEE contract with venue keyman

Ø  Discuss tailor made PM with Trade
