Responsibilities 

Your main responsibilities as an Offshore Technical Bid Specialist within the Technical Sales Management team will be to represent the technical solution and provide support towards the sales deal team during the bidding phase as well as to the project execution team after contract award.

Responsibilities include:

ㆍResponsible for the wind turbine technical solution

ㆍRespond to queries related to wind turbine product during bidding and project execution phases

ㆍCollaborate with cross functional members and integrate the best solution to customers

ㆍReview wind turbine configuration change requests against contracted configuration

ㆍHandle the technical solution towards customers during project execution phase

ㆍWork closely with key stakeholders during project execution including project management, internal engineering resources and on-site team for installation and commissioning

ㆍCommunicate with various stake holders such as customer engineers, BOP contractors, Utility engineers & certification bodies across engineering aspects.

Qualifications 

ㆍEngineering background (Electrical experience preferred, alternatively Mechanical, Civil, Industrial or similar) combined with commercial insight/interest

ㆍPrior experience working in construction of technical equipment, ideally of heavy machinery, power plant equipment or similar, is necessary

ㆍFluent in English both spoken and written is essential, Korean or Chinese spoken language is highly desirable

ㆍAbility to work collaboratively with other technical bid management colleagues, internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects milestones are met

ㆍHolistic understanding of commercial and legal aspects of technical solutions.

ㆍPrevious experience in wind energy or industrial plant environment is a bonus.
