Responsibilities ㆍPartner with Area Managers and Site Managers to deliver services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service quality, profitability, and contractual obligations ㆍPartner with Area and Site Managers to ensure 365/24/7 operation functionality of the sites ㆍAssigned staff is supervised/led/coordinated and a positive and effective working relationship is established/maintained ㆍMaintaining and updating teams databases such as planned/unplanned absences, local holidays ㆍInterpersonal skills development, competencies, and training actions are managed ㆍCompliance with Vestas standards, processes, and procedures, also ensures obeying regional laws and regulations
Qualifications ㆍTechnical or other relevant degree (B.Sc or M.Sc) ㆍYou will be a skilled manager, adept at interacting with people at all levels internally and externally with large multinational organizations ㆍProject management skills, able to handle a range of solutions with stakeholders across the business ㆍYou will have proven solid organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and change focus as per the needs of the business ㆍYou will have highly developed communication skills, the ability to be clear and consistent
Competencies ㆍExperience in developing teams and, as project manager, project lead, or other management experience
ㆍTechnical background or equivalent education ㆍAbility to travel as needed to meet business expectations ㆍUnderstanding, knowledge, and insight of technical and mechanical systems and turbine components ㆍSafety and compliance mindset ㆍEmpowerment, change-oriented, people coaching, analytical, interpersonal skills ㆍGood English communication skills and business financial knowledge will be beneficial. |
