Some of our key DD services include:

• - EHS due diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions and project financing

• - Post-merger integration
• - Management system gap analysis and benchmarking
• - Sustainability assessments
• - Deal negotiation support

Responsibilities:

• - Manage and perform ESG / E&S due diligence for investment transactions including M&A divestitures, project finance, etc
• - Support the growth and development of ERM’s global Transaction Services practice and actively collaborate with colleagues across the globe.

• - Work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment to build ERM’s global business, as well as to lead client and practice teams. Leverage the Mergers & Acquisitions role to provide services related to EHS compliance, management systems, outsourcing, and integration support, among others.

자격요건

• - 6~8 years of relevant experience, preferably either (1) due diligence /audit experience related to any of EHS, ESG, or E&S or (2) sustainable finance and investment related project experience
• - Excellent communication and coordination skills
• - Experienced in medium scale of project management
• - With previous exposure to proposal and client management
• - Familiar with Financial Sector in Korea and the region, in particular PE and/or commercial banks as a plus
• - Experiences with team management as a plus
• - Ability to travel, maintain flexibility and work independently with minimal supervision
• - Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
