Job Description

* Manage the complex cross functional integration for project that involves:

  - The company and the key customers,

  - Project engineering and global applications field team,

  - Multiple worldwide regions (Korea, Japan, US, etc.).

* Ensuring project management best practice and process are applied.

* Conduct reviews for projects:

  - Ensure execution is meeting expectations and gaps are being driven to closure.

  - Ensure appropriate communication is taking place at all levels in the organization and with the customer.

  - Ensure cross functional & regional integration issues are getting resolved.

* Communication and synthesize status on all active projects to key stakeholders including the customer.

* Identify when issues need to be escalated and drive those issues to closure.

* Work with regional managers and project leads to identify and drive closure on resource & skill gaps.

Position Requirements:

* Minimum degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering.

* 2+ years in project manager role for integrated software and hardware projects with cross-function and multi-geographic teams.

* Project Management Professional with current PMP certification is preferred.

* Good command of English language to communicate ideas clearly both in written and oral.

* Good organizational and communication skills including ability to communicate and foster communication between project groups.

* R&D or Applications engineering management experience is a plus.

* Experience developing and standardizing project management processes is a plus.
