Position Purpose: The Food & Beverage
Corporate Accounts Manager (CAM) is responsible for managing a $10M+ total
portfolio (base + target) of Company Key Accounts customers and prospecting new
customers within the Food & Beverage division. The CAM ensures that
on-going relationships are maintained with customers while maximizing Company’s
offerings and profitability. The key objective of the CAM is
to demonstrate the Company promise and the value we provide as a total
solutions partner ? cleaner, safer, healthier ? everywhere it matters. Responsibilities: - Meet the established sales
& profitability targets for the assigned Key customers. - Identify key decision makers
in assigned customers and cultivate relationships to ensure satisfaction and confidence
in ALL Company offerings. - Target Customer Corporate
Level (C-suite, VP Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Sustainability) and key
personnel at the most important Customer plants. - Develop a relationship
strategy unique to each customer based on current and future needs that fosters
a long-term, trusted relationship with Company. - Build and continuously update
the Strategic Account Plan and establish customer action plans to measure regular
progress against the established action plan. - Ensure alignment with Global
Strategic Account Plans by liaising with respective Global Account Manager - Communicate the Strategic
Account Plan regularly within Company to ensure all parties clearly understand the
strategies necessary to meet assigned customers’ current and future needs. - Develop sales budgets for
assigned customers that identify opportunities both within and outside the
Division. - Partnering with the field and
other internal partners consolidate and interpret data to quantify and monetize
the value that Company delivers to customers. Effectively align the value Company
provides with customer needs and drivers to establish and/or strengthen deeply
rooted customer relationships. - Identify and prospect
potential Company customers. - Determine who the key
decision makers and influencers are and effectively merchandize the value of Company
service and product offerings in alignment with the prospect’s key business
needs and drivers.

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력10년↑
- BA/BS degree. - More 10 years of B2B sales
experience with a large, international, matrixed organization. - Prior experience in the
F&B, Automotive or Food Service industry. - Good working knowledge of
Business English. - Ability and willingness to
travel extensively. - Experience managing others
either directly or indirectly. - Customer service orientation. - Good technical background and
understanding of Customer’s manufacturing processes. - Adequate chemical background
to properly position Company’s offerings. - Speaks Customer’s local
