고객관리 매니저 (대한항공)

Spafax is looking for Account Manager of Korean Air to be based in Seoul office. Your main responsibilities include developing and implementing the content strategy for our client Korean Air (KE), working with other key stakeholders within Spafax, KE and other third parties to deliver a range of services within and beyond the aircraft environment. The content will be the movies and TV shows/Documentaries, etc. … that will be shown on the Inflight Entertainment systems across the KE’s fleet on a monthly basis. This is a very strategic position and very important to KE. There are a lot of communication to be done within Spafax globally and the different studios and technical partners

주요책임으로는 Spafax 의 고객인 대한항공의 기내콘텐츠 전략을 개발 및 구현하고 Spafax, 대한항공 및 기타 관련 제3업체들과 협력하여 매달 대한항공 기내 엔터테인먼트 시스템을 통해 기내에서 상영하는 영화, TV,다큐 등 콘텐츠 서비스를 제공 하는것입니다. 또한 Spafax내부에서 기타 팀 및 세계적인 여러 영화,TV등 콘텐츠 스튜디오, 기술 파트너들과 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 진행해야 합니다. 

포지션 및 자격요건

Account Manager  ( 1명 )

Main Duties

ㆍCreate and manage ongoing short-, medium- and long-term plans to develop the client account and relationship under the  strategic     direction of the Regional Director. 

ㆍ Manage the selection and creative scheduling of content for the onboard systems, appropriate to the demographics, brand,

   systems,  and cabin. 

ㆍSet up and update program grids as required, including research for additional data + formatting as per client requirements. 

ㆍManage the day-to-day relationship between Spafax and the client as the focal point and serve as the main point of liaison   between     the dedicated  Spafax team for KE and the wider Spafax network. 

ㆍImplement strategy in all areas of the account and liaise with the client regarding all new projects. 

ㆍ“Owner” of the editorial discussions each month, reviewing and challenging content suggested by programmers in advance of           editorial meetings with the client. ? Setting up the insertion of sponsorship and advertising messages if required. 

 ㆍAny other   duties that may be required of you by Spafax. 


ㆍ지역 책임자의 전략에 따라 고객 관리 및 관계를 발전시키기 위해 단기,중기,장기 계획을 세우기 및 실행

ㆍ기내 탑승고객, 브랜드, 시스템 및 항공기에 적합한 콘텐츠 선택과 창의적인 스케줄링

ㆍ고객의 요청에 따라 데이터 추가+조사, 필요에 따라 프로그램 그리드를 작성하고 업데이트

ㆍSpafax와 고객의 좋은 관계 유지를 중점으로 두고 대한항공을 위한 전담팀과 더 넓은 네트워크의 주요 연락인 역할을 이행

ㆍ고객의 전체 영역에 전략을 구현하고 관련된 모든 신규 프로젝트에 대해 고객과 커뮤니케이션을 진행

ㆍ고객과 진행하는 매달 편집 회의에서 “오너”로서 제안한 콘텐츠를 검토하고 이의를 제기

ㆍ필요한 경우 광고 및 후원 내용 삽입 설정

ㆍSpafax에서 맡긴 기타 업무
