담당업무 - Supervise the team - Commercial responsibility within his/her relation towards
the team leader - Daily handling of business cases in the area of air cargo
export shipments and delivering of shipments in accordance with the procedures
for dispatching and delivering - Issues and monitors transportation documents, collects
documents for dispatching and delivering of shipments - Organizes the check-in procedure, export customs clearance
and the dispatching of shipments - Composes records about damages and deficits of shipments
and complaint orders - Issues invoices of the accumulated expenses respectively
transfer to the person in charge for invoicing - Filing of business cases, Generate sales leads - Makes offers to customers and partners - Enters the data of new customers, partners and service
provider and updates existing ones - Customer service, keeps contact with agents - Negotiation buying rate with air lines and co-loaders - Responsible for the financial result of all profit centers
related to Air Import/Export - Responsible for set-up and continuous improvement of
work-flow and operational procedures within the department - Responsible for the development of the business within own
profit center - gain additional business from existing or new clients - Own handling of Air Import/Export transports, in
compliance with the company’s rules, SOPs and management instructions - Responsible for the compliance of each physical and
electronic transport file (own and team members): collecting all legally and
internally required documents and updating all required systems for each
handled shipment - Informing and collecting information from clients,
suppliers, agents, partners, customs bodies regarding the handled transports - Responding to requests for quotation with appropriate
solution and price offer, within the timeline defined by the company - Handling damages and deficits of shipments according to
relevant SOPs, immediate communication of the problems related to handled
transports to the superior - Supervision of the department’s employees activity and
handled Air transports; troubleshooting and/or escalation where required - Tender management - Reporting all sales activities, including details about
potential business and decision makers, - Conducting client visits, his/hers own or jointly with
Sales - Offering full support to Sales in finding appropriate
transport solution for their requests and a competitive rate - Following up the offers and collecting feedback from the
client or Sales - Informing other offices about potential business in their
region (sales leads) - Responsible for the continuous check and update of job
specific knowledge of team members, suggesting trainings when needed - Responsible for the on boarding and training of new team
members - Responsible for the compliance of department´s employees
with the company rules - Communicates in a polite and professional manner - Acts with good faith, in the interest of the company - Abides by all company´s internal and legal rules and
regulations - Shows diplomacy when handling conflict situations. Request
written opinion and escalate the problem as soon solution is beyond own
authority level - Performs additional tasks, assigned by the employer as per
employee’s qualification and role, according to company’s operational needs - To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to
meet with the Company needs.
