The Manager of Global Business Development, 3CE DMI is responsible for driving strategy, alignment, and go-to-market across markets and channels. This role will collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders, including country teams, product development, global marketing, operations, and finance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • -Responsible for maximum growth and expansion of brand globally by driving strategy, alignment and go-to-market across markets and channels.
  • -Represent country needs and priorities with DMI product development, global marketing, social/PR, digital online, operations, and retail creative team.
  • -Lead business strategy of Marketing Paniers for product launches and growth ambitions by region, category, franchise and channel in collaboration with GBD Director, Marketing Manager, and Brand President.
  • -Business Analysis ? sell in /sell out, new launch, business mix, ad hoc reports, etc.
  • -Oversee adds/deletes and catalog management.
  • -Oversee management of providing necessary information for forecasting and any other pre-launch requirements by markets.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • -9-12 years of marketing and/or business management experience, beauty industry preferred
  • -Proven knowledge of global cultural nuances preferred as it relates to doing business in the international marketplace.
  • -Thorough knowledge of the competitive Beauty landscape.
  • -Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • -Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • -Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • -Fluency in Korean & English is required.

3CE DMI는 3CE 브랜드의 글로벌 제품 기획과 비즈니스 전략을 이끄는 글로벌 헤드쿼터 조직입니다. Global Business Development Manager는 이 글로벌 헤드쿼터 조직에서 비즈니스 운영과 전략, 각 국가들과의 긴밀한 협업을 통한 go-to-market strategy 등을 리드합니다. 본 포지션은 팀의 시니어로서 각 국가/Zone 담당자, 제품 개발팀, 글로벌 마케팅 팀, 재무팀 등 다양한 유관 부서와 협업하며 글로벌 비즈니스가 성장하는 데 기여합니다.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • -글로벌 비즈니스 운영 및 성장 전략 : 브랜드가 글로벌 시장에서 비즈니스를 계속 확장하고 성장할 수 있도록, 지역과 유통 채널을 아우르는 글로벌 전략을 짜고 실행합니다. 
  • -마켓 니즈 파악 및 전략 반영 : 각 국가/Zone 과 긴밀한 소통을 통해 마켓 니즈를 파악하고, 이것이 DMI 조직 내부의 상품 기획, 마케팅, SCM 등에 반영될 수 있도록 유관 부서와 협업합니다.
  • -런칭 캘린더 관리 : 신제품 런칭 캠페인에서 마켓 니즈에 맞는 적절한 제품 포트폴리오와 전략이 실행될 수 있도록 다양한 유관 부서와 소통해 프로젝트를 운영합니다.
  • -데이터 분석 : 비즈니스 관련 데이터 분석을 통해 인사이트를 도출합니다. 신제품 캠페인의 글로벌 비즈니스 데이터, 지역별 / 제품 포트폴리오별 매출 분석, 소비자가 전략을 위한 데이터 등을 분석합니다.
  • -글로벌 제품 카탈로그 관리 : 비즈니스에 대한 기여도와 전략을 바탕으로 글로벌에서 운영하는 제품 카탈로그 in & out 관리

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • -총경력 9년-12년 내외, 뷰티 industry 경력 우대
  • -브랜드 마케팅 또는 비즈니스 운영, 전략 기획 경력
  • -비즈니스 운영에 대한 경험과 감각 필요
  • -다양한 유관 부서들과의 원활한 협업 & 커뮤니케이션 스킬
  • -글로벌 뷰티 마켓에 대한 관심과 이해
  • -원활한 한국어 및 영어 구사 능력 필수
