Job Title: People Development Manager  

Job Reports to Sr. Manager Retail L&D, APAC     

Job Level: Manager level PIC

Role Mission:

We seek a passionate People Development Manager to join our team and help us take our employee training and development programs to the next level. As a People Development Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed and grow within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Execute training programs that align with the company`s goals and objectives, including in-store coaching and online training modules.

·       Identify training needs and create customized training programs to address them.

·       Develop and adapt training materials and resources that are engaging, interactive, and practical.

·       Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

·       Manage the administration of training programs, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and reporting on progress.

·       Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business needs and goals.

·       Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development and apply them to our programs.

·       Publish monthly training reports and newsletters on time.

·       Gatekeeping of all Crocs material complying with legal standards

·       Collaborate and follow Crocs global training guidelines.

·       Be a Crocs Ambassador

Deliverables and Indicators (KPIs)

1.       Execute Global Training:

·       Achieve an average satisfaction rating of 4 out of 5 on global training programs as reported by post-training surveys.

·       Ensure above 90% of employees complete the required global training programs within the assigned timeframe.

2.       Materials Adaptation

·       Review and proofread training materials or resources within a given timeframe.

·       High-quality translation for local training, achieve an average satisfaction rating of 4 out of 5 on materials adaption accuracy

3.       In-Store Coaching

·       Conduct weekly in-store coaching sessions with employees.

·       Achieve an average satisfaction rating of 4 out of 5 on in-store coaching sessions as reported by employees

4.       Training Execution Crocs Way

·       Conduct all training after attending Crocs T-T-T in English, and training to be executed following training guidelines.

·       Following at least 80% of training guidelines

Job Requirements:

We seek a dynamic People Development Manager passionate about employee development with a track record of designing and implementing effective training programs. If you are a self-starter who is eager to make a positive impact on our organization, we encourage you to apply.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent

Experience

·       At least 7-8 years of relevant experience in training, retail industry preferred.

·       Experience in LMS learning management.

·       Experience In-store Coaching for both DTC and partner’s channel.

·       Project management

·       Experience and confidence in English Korean Presentation for both classroom and coaching

·       Materials adaption and facilitation in translation

·       Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with all levels.

Knowledge & Skillsets

·       Excellent communication and persuading skills, along with active listening.

·       Proficient in writing and conversing in English and Korean. Bi-lingual communication

·       PC Literate, Proficient in Power Point presentation, Excel, and Word

·       Proficient in the classroom, virtual training, or hybrid training

·       Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

·       Be challenged by various stakeholders and timelines.

·       Independent, fast learner and self-guided

Travel Requirement

The role will require 20% overseas traveling to attend events and training workshops in English.
