Job Description

Responsible for PO Management and Sales activities including price negotiation.

Prepare quotation and generate to customer.

Communicate customer issues to Head Quarter.

Manage bookings and be able to forecast.

Update and manage internal systems. (SalesForce)

Technical Leadership to create new solutions for customer problems.

Propose and execute policies and programs to achieve maximum sales volume potential for products and/or services.

Design and implement sales strategy and sales plan.

New Business: Increase business in current accounts as well as developing new opportunities

Integration: Ensuring effective alignment among the different groups (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Etc)

Assure adequate control and accountability exist among sales team through business processes and policies (Global/Local)

Assure right level of check and balance exists as well as openness and escalation of issues as necessary


Position Requirements:

4 years university graduate (Electrical Engineering major preferable)

5 years or more industry experience with direct experience in a multi national corporation

Strong English written and verbal proficiency

Semiconductor background preferable.

Understand device configuration and test concept especially for wafer test preferable

Add technical competence requirements

Results oriented with a passion for excellence and attention to details.

Able to build and develop managerial relationships across multiple business units
