Experience In-store Coaching for both DTC and partner’s channel.Project management

Consumer retail industry is preferred.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Manage the administration of training programs, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and reporting on progress.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with business needs and goals.

Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and apply them to our programs.
