Manages a medium product
portfolio, network, or division. Accountable for the Demand, Supply, or Raw
Material plan to ensure customer requirements are met through S&OP,
Mid-Long Term Capacity Planning, or Material Resolution. May also include
short-term supply or raw material scheduling/planning for a large facility
and/or complex product line. Utilizes project management skills to participate
in and/or lead small to medium scope/business impact continuous improvement
activities. - Improve forecast accuracy by
driving the monthly product demand forecast cycle, utilizing the existing
statistical forecasting application. - Validate data inputs to the
forecast and review and fine tune the statistical forecasts, where applicable. - Manage target inventory level
by category in accordance with analyzing E&O stock and implement action
plan. - Monitor supply plan closely,
catch inventory supply risk and propose mitigation action plan. - Manage Logistics/Planning
team KPI and follow up on improvement plans. - Issue Purchase Orders for
import materials. - Lead or participate in
various cost-saving and work process improvement projects. - Collect monthly demand
forecast from sales and validate, release purchase orders in SAP accordingly. - Manage month-end inventory
level by manage safety stock, minimizing Excess and Obsolete stock with action
plan. - Overall management of
Inventory Health status using index such as Supply Stock Compliance and DOH.,
etc.
- Leading monthly S&OP meeting with internal
stakeholders with agendas to discuss action plans

자격요건
ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력10년↑
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+
years of experience in supply chain management, especially in demand and supply
planning, MBA beneficial - Overall understanding of
Logistics(warehousing/Inventory/delivery) and Planning(safety stock,
replenishment) - SAP Material Management
experience preferred - Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills with proactive attitude. - Experience in key planning
functions including demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory planning.
- Experience in the chemical
industry preferred. - Knowledge on inventory
management, supply planning, replenishment planning and demand forecasting. - Knowledge on import trading
and experience preferred. - Experience in SAP Material
Management is preferred. - Ability of good
communication, negotiation and problem solving - High proficiency in English
speaking (frequent conference calls) & writing
