• * Manage all aspects of development projects, from initial planning to scheduling, execution, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  

  * Provide expert consultation, coaching, training, and support to our local customers within the automotive industry, both through online channels and in-person interactions.

  * Devise solution concepts tailored to specific customer requirements and processes.

  * Lead the specification, implementation, and testing of customer-specific tool extensions.

  * Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and support teams both locally and at our German headquarters to align tasks, share insights, and facilitate efficient project execution.

Your Profile

*  Bachelor`s degree or higher in electric/electronic engineering, computer science or comparable qualification

* Substantial experience in automotive E/E engineering and AUTOSAR development including project management

*   Experience in software development (Java, Eclipse)

*  Passionate, customer-oriented and proactive attitude

*   Strong sense of team work, ability to work under stress and sense of urgency to meet and exceed customer expectations

*  Korean native speaker, good English skills
