Job Summary

Accountant supports the Finance function to provide timely and accurate reporting in accordance with both local regulations and US GAAP requirements at Crocs Korea. This position is to be responsible for all OPEX management in the control of corporate functions. He or She will be first point of contact for finance functions regarding Procure to Payment cycle (Trade payable. Non-trade payable, Personal payable.

Job Description

·       Coordinating day-to-day accounting functions mainly Expense Cycle including Total SG&A, T&E, Other Cost, Accrual, Prepaid in collaboration with the overseas Shared Service Center

·       Managing of Accounts Payable activities including intercompany, PO Process

·       Reconciling retail percentage rent on a monthly basis such as one time expense and accrual, true-up

·       Supporting external audit preparation and corporate tax filing for statutory report

·       Preparing reporting packages on a quarterly basis

·       Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Accounting and Finance or Business School background are preferred)

 Job Requirements

·       Proficient on office suite, especially excel, has data-sensitive skill with clear logic

·       Good communication skill, English proficiency preferred

·       High energy and detail oriented, Strong ownership and responsibility with time-bound

·       2-3 Years directly relevant work experience in multi-national company

·       Attention to detail, Strong ownership and responsibility, Time management

·       ERP (SAP/Oracle) Experience is preferred

·       Must be self-motivated, and have the ability to multi-tasks and work under tight timeline environment

·       Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environment
