담당업무 · Process integration development for Trench MOSFET Technology
· Develop and create new concept processes or/and module processes
· Determine process integration considering cost effectiveness and manufacturing friendly
· Set-up or/and adjust process integration concept and target through analyzing correlation between each process target and electrical characteristics
· Data analysis and decision with a statical tool for inline data, PCM and probe data
· Define problems and identify root causes and provide solutions
· Manage engineering lots from Fab-In to Fab-Out and handle them for purpose
· DOE Plan and data analysis and documentation
· Cooperation with Designer, UPD, Fab, PM, NPD, Apps, Assembly, QRA, and FA, etc.
자격요건 및 우대사항 · BS or MS in Electric/Electrical engineering or semiconductor device physics
· Hands-on process integration experience in Silicon semiconductor fab over 10 years
· Prefer to have experience with Power MOSFET (LDMOS/Trench MOSFET)
· Knowledge for unit process (Photo/Etch/Thin Film/Diff/Imp/CMP/WET)
· Data analysis with a statical tool (JMP, Minitab, etc.,)
· Measure MOSFET parameters with parameter analyzer
· Layout check with layout tool (Cadence,)
· Knowledge and experience for Reliability items of MOSFET (VRAMP/TDDB/HTRB/HTGB/HAST,)
· Knowledge and experience for FA(XSEM/TEM/SIMS/SRP)
· Problem solving ability
