Responsibilities
ㆍSetting goals for the account teams - ensure quotas are reached and distributed correctly, in collaboration with the Regional Sales Leader
ㆍDeveloping robust Account Management plans, budgets and strategies for local markets, in collaboration with the Regional Sales Leader
ㆍLeading account teams across APAC
ㆍReviewing pipeline against target and taking action to secure business is on track
ㆍDefining action plan based on Customer Loyalty Score results, and coordinate implementation within SBU
ㆍConfront account teams across SBU to fulfil obligations
ㆍReviewing and approving/confronting final commercial offer
ㆍCoaching account and sales to ensure correct prioritization of- and approach to opportunities
ㆍCoordinating sales training programs in SBU
ㆍDirectly Handling 1-2 key accounts
