Job Description

- 공정기술 분야 Test Process Engineer

- Test 공정 개선과 수율 개선하여 생산성 향상

- Test 데이터 분석 및 Test 수율 향상 

- Test 품질 관련 공정 및 시스템 개선 관리

- New Test Program 에 대한 Correlation 및 양산 이전

- Test program correlation and release to production 

- Statistical analysis of test data and test fail analysis
- ATE set up and test program correlation. 

Qualifications:
- BS/MS in En`g
· 3y of experience in related field

- Experience for Advan Test, Teradyne ATE 

- Knowledge of Digital test, Mixed signal test fundamentals
