As a Senior Executive, Technical Merchandising Delivery, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing our NIQ merchandising solutions as well as assisting clients for technical delivery and system / solution support.
Responsibilities ㆍSingle point of contact for clients ㆍOwnership of client relationship for delivery and consultancy ㆍCommunicate with client to capture requirements for our solutions ㆍCommunicate client requirement to appropriate internal team members ㆍTesting of solution to ensure client requirement is met ㆍProject Management post sales / implementation activities ㆍEngaged in training new and existing clients in our merchandising solutions ㆍStakeholder engagement both internally and on the client side ㆍConsulting with clients to discuss ongoing enhancement ㆍRegular client account reviews ㆍAssist in sales activities in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations ㆍEnsure client service deliverables are aligned o the regional client service standards ㆍRegular contact with clients
Qualifications
About You You’ve dabbled in data. You’ve perused various technologies. And you have the communication chops to translate it all into conversation or presentations. While you’ve worked with global cross-functional teams, you can also put your head down and focus on independent projects. Seeing the big picture takes attention to detail. Keeping up with the fast-changing world of retail and manufacturing sectors. You know what’s happening in data and you’re ready to influence what’s next.
ㆍBachelor’s degree graduate or higher ㆍ2 to 3 years relevant working experience ㆍHigh level knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL / Oracle) ㆍService Mind, Presentation available person ㆍExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English ㆍSpace Planning/Merchandising experience is preferred
Preference: ㆍ Have IT project experiences in retailer or manufacturer ㆍ English communication skills ㆍ BI Tool (Incl. DW) development experience ㆍ Understanding the distribution environment of consumer goods and related business issues ㆍ Solution related system project experience ㆍ IT Solution Consultant
