• • ▶ BAU Support for P&C(기업보험) business systems
         ? Communicate and meet with business stakeholders in Korea and Regional Office to understand content and context of business requirements in order to gather and verify requirements
         ? Work with the scrum master in obtaining Go-Live sign off from business stakeholders
         ? Support the scrum team and business stakeholders on UAT activities
         ? Communicate with Global Dev/Ops team about issues/defects to resolve it in a timely manner
    ▶ Agile BA
         ? Develop user stories and business rules throughout the projects and its sprints
         ? Work with the scrum team to understand the requirement priority from the business stakeholders and understand the business impact for the project delivery
         ? Conduct knowledge sharing and user stories walk through with scrum team

자격요건

? 5-10 years’ experience of relevant experience in any industry
? Excellent communication skill: Be able to articulate ideas and requirements in both verbal and written communication in both Korean and English - a level at which business meetings are possible
우대 사항? Business Analyst, Operational Support, Project Manager or IT Developer experience is preferred
? Insurance Industry experience is preferred
