• Work closely with the regional HR team to standardize company practices, ensuring consistency across all locations and fostering a unified company culture.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing.
• Generate and analyze other HR reports, providing insights to enhance HR operations and support data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in HR meetings, providing insights and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR operations.

Who You Are
 

• Bachelor`s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Native in Korean; fluent English communication skills.
• Familiarity with South Korean labor laws.
• Discreet, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Passionate about fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with regional and global HR teams to standardize practices.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize HR data for reporting and decision-making.
