What You Will Deliver
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top tech talent, aligning recruitment strategies with the company`s growth objectives.
- Address employee concerns and foster positive relations by providing empathetic support and timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and communicate HR policies in line with local laws, promoting GoGoX culture.
- Support performance management and employee development, working with managers to establish clear goals and providing guidance for career growth.
- Collaborate on strategic HR initiatives with senior management, contributing to the organization`s long-term success and employee well-being.
- Work closely with the regional HR team to standardize company practices, ensuring consistency across all locations and fostering a unified company culture.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing.
- Generate and analyze other HR reports, providing insights to enhance HR operations and support data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in HR meetings, providing insights and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR operations.
Who You Are
- Bachelor`s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Native in Korean; fluent English communication skills.
- Familiarity with South Korean labor laws.
- Discreet, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Passionate about fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with regional and global HR teams to standardize practices.
- Analytical skills to interpret and utilize HR data for reporting and decision-making.
